Robotmation receives cash injection from Finnish technology companies
Entrepreneur Rami Leijón wants to grow Robotmation, which offers robotics solutions for companies, to a new size category. The software companies Reaktor and Dynamik and the investment company Korpi Capital will join the company as co-owners.
The company will be owned by Reaktor, a software company with 550 employees, Dynamik, a smaller software company specializing in artificial intelligence, and Korpi Capital, an investment company.
The companies invest EUR 2 million in Robotmation. The company’s founder, Rami Leijón, will remain the majority owner of the company, which had a turnover of just over EUR 2 million last year.
Robotmation employs 13 people but is currently looking for more employees.
“In addition to the current 2,000 square meters of space, the goal is to build 3,000 square meters of business premises, with an additional expansion space of 6,000 square meters. Such an increase in space also requires the recruitment of employees, ”Rami Leijón says in a press release.
The premises of Robotmation are in Köyliö, which now belongs to the municipality of Säkylä. The company is considering building new premises in Loimaa, but operations would also continue in Köyliö’s premises.
Mergero acted as the seller’s advisor and project executor in the project.
