The Deal

Revivo Group has strengthened its position in Finland through the acquisition of IdeaPaint Oy, a Tampere-based company specialising in industrial surface treatment.

IdeaPaint provides wet painting, powder coating and blasting services and has extensive expertise in demanding industrial surface treatment. The acquisition complements Revivo Group’s existing operations in Finland, increasing the group’s capacity and broadening its service offering in the Finnish market.

Revivo Group is a rapidly growing Nordic surface treatment group with pro forma annual sales exceeding SEK 1.25 billion and more than 800 employees across the Nordic region. The group provides specialised services including blasting, industrial painting and fire protection painting for customers in the infrastructure, industrial, maritime and construction sectors.

Revivo Group is a portfolio company of Helix Kapital, a Swedish growth-oriented investment company focused on profitable Nordic SMEs. Helix Kapital is backed by leading global financial institutions and benefits from support under the European Union’s InvestEU Fund.
