Revivo Group continues its growth journey and expands into Finland through the acquisition of Haapanen.
Haapanen is a well-established specialist company with extensive experience in delivering surface treatment services to customers within manufacturing industry, the defense sector, and infrastructure. The company’s services are carried out in its own facilities and include blasting, powder coating, wet painting, and fire protection painting. Haapanen is based in Pirkkala, with a customer base spanning across Finland.
The acquisition establishes Revivo Group in the Finnish market and strengthens the group’s capacity and expertise in industrial surface treatment projects.
Haapanen’s current management will continue to lead the operations as part of Revivo Group.
The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
