Filter Partner Oy is a company founded in Salo in 2006 that focuses on the manufacture, sale and marketing of IV and process filters and is one of Finland’s leading indoor air experts. The company employs 20 people and had a turnover of € 3.8 million in the last financial year. Operations in Salo will remain the same and Markku Lahtinen will continue as the CEO of Filter Partner Oy.
Markku Lahtinen, CEO of Filter Partner Oy, considers the acquisition to be significant for both parties and for Finnish work. As a result of the arrangement, the products will have a higher degree of domesticity than before, and the company will have even better conditions to continue to grow as part of a larger group.
“As a group of several factories, a large part of the production factors are under our own control, which enables us to guarantee a competitive price level, reliable delivery times and the widest selection on the market,” says Kai Liesmaa, the Group’s President and CEO.
M-Filter Group is one of the leading manufacturers of air filters in Northern Europe. With this acquisition, the Group will further strengthen its operations in the clean indoor air solutions sector.
The M-Filter Group now consists of seven companies: Oy M-Filter Ab, Filterpak Oy, PL-Filter Oy, LM-Filters Oy, UAB M-Filter EU, M-Filter GmbH and Filter Partner Oy. The Group’s turnover this year will be approximately EUR 32 million and it will employ approximately 220 people.
