Rakennusliike Jusmar Oy, which focuses on renovation projects, has implemented a corporate arrangement with the investment company Korpi Capital Oy.
After the transaction, Jussi Airaksinen will continue as the company’s majority owner, and CEO Jyrki Puska will increase his holding.
Korpi Capital’s role is to expand Rakennusliike Jusmar’s strategic, administrative and M&A expertise through board work.
As part of the arrangement, Toimi Niesniemi will retire from Rakennusliike Jusmar’s board. Tatu Mäkimartti and Mikko Fischer of Korpi Capital were elected as new members of the Board.
Airaksinen will continue as Chairman of the Board and CEO Puska as a member of the Board.
Construction company Jusmar aims for growth with a new ownership base. The company aims to expand its operations to new locations through organic growth and acquisitions.
Recruitment is conditional on the recruitment of employees.
“Our growth will continue and with the arrangement we will become more active in recruitment in the Helsinki metropolitan area and start expanding to the provincial centers. As executors of growth, we will immediately recruit more renovation construction professionals and experienced project managers, ”says Puska, President and CEO, in the company’s press release.
Construction company Jusmar has been implementing construction projects of various sizes for fifteen years together with public clients and other professional builders. The company says that its special expertise requires changes in renovation and use.
The contracts are divided into different areas of production: property renovations, property development projects and indoor air repairs.
The construction company Jusmar’s projects are carried out entirely as a subcontractor. The company has 17 employees.
The company’s turnover last year was EUR 16.5 million.
