Ahosen Palvelut Oy, specializing nationwide in demolition contracting and recycling crushing, has executed a corporate arrangement with Kotera Group Oy.
The company’s CEO Joona Ahonen and other key personnel will continue to lead and own the company through Kotera Group’s share ownership.
The agreement between the parties was signed on July 16, 2024.
Ahosen Palvelut Oy is known for its strong expertise in comprehensive and renovation demolition contracting. The company’s regional services include asbestos and hazardous material surveys and removal, high-performance vacuuming and blowing, and diamond work. Additionally, the company offers services such as container rental, waste management, and recycled products. The deal is part of Kotera Group’s strategy to strengthen its position in
industrial and repair construction services.
KOTERA Group is a diverse Finnish growth company established in 2023, specializing in industrial construction and services, HVAC technical contracting and maintenance, as well as repair and damage restoration. Their group employs approximately 280 construction professionals in their five subsidiaries across Finland. Their pro forma revenue for 2023 was approximately 86 million euros and pro forma EBITDA approximately 8 million euros.
