The Deal

Three companies providing waste management and recycling services have merged their businesses.

Ekokuljetus JNH Oy, Finells Transport Ab and Pohjanmaan Hyötykyttö Oy’s Kokkola business operations will be merged.

The goal of the group to be established is to continue to grow and develop the recycling industry.

The private equity fund managed by Sponsor Capital Oy will become a new owner in the Group together with the founding entrepreneurs.

With the arrangement implemented on September 1, 2020, a new environmental services group will be established in Finland, with a turnover of approximately EUR 11 million and 55 employees.
