The Deal

Moventor and DBT have reached an agreement regarding the distribution of Moventor products to the US market.

Moventor Oy is a modern, international, strongly growing and developing manufacturing company, highly specialised in friction measurement and the airport equipment & software business. Moventor’s core business areas include developing, manufacturing, delivering and servicing Skiddometer BV 11 continuous friction measuring equipment around the world, developing and delivering Global Runway Reporter software and representing EHR- Fahrzeugtechnik Cleaning Systems.

DBT is a provider of transportation technology and services intended for the aviation industry.
The company offers weather systems, sensor technologies, project services, runway and technical support, thereby enabling clients to manage critically weather-dependent airport operations.
DBT was acquired by ADB SAFEGATE, via its financial sponsors The Carlyle Group and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board.
